The VHP calls for a nationwide Bandh on 05.07.2008 in protest against the revocation of land alloted to the Amarnath shrine board by the J&K govt after widespread protests in Kashmir.The BJP follows in the same line extending support to VHP and announcing a nation-wide hartal.
Mr. L.K.Advani and Mr. Rajnath Singh have in separate press conferences accused the congress for caving in to the demands of the separatists. Mr. Advani the congress leadership as pseudo-secularists.
The BJP is trying to gain some political mileage from the revocation ordered by Congress led govt in J&K which also expected from some political mileage by tranferring the forest land to the shrine board which actually back fired.
Any way the people of India are going to suffer. The people of Kerala are 'ENJOING' the second hartal amidst scores of protest marches and agitations against the text book for the VII th standard in less than a week.
